This appointment is designed to assess whether ear wax is present and if removal is necessary. Using an otoscope, the pharmacist will examine your ear canal and let you know if you would benefit from our private ear wax removal service at our sister pharmacy, Cyncoed Pharmacy.
Please note: This appointment is for assessment only and does not include wax removal. The Ear Wax Removal service is only available for individuals aged over 18 and is provided at Cyncoed Pharmacy.

Very friendly staff, I took my 2 year old for the chickenpox vaccine as it is a 2 doses vaccine, second time round she was very upset and it was difficult to calm her down but all the staff were super nice and try to reassure her, she was given different stickers and a chocolate and the lady (sorry don't know her name) talked to her very calmly while were waiting for the vaccine to get prepared, which I'm very grateful for. I highly recommend their services, specially for children as the staff are patient and calm when the child is stressed out. Thank you :)
